To make their projects profitable, project managers need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively to get the right financial information. Using a case-study approach, this course will discuss the impact the project manager can have on the company income statement and balance sheet and key information found within project financials that can spotlight problems and opportunities. The effect of WIP, overbillings and underbillings will also be examined.
