Description

Within the construction industry, the focus in the past has been on QA (proactive) and QC (retroactive) controls. Built-In Quality (BIQ) uses a real-time, interactive process to increase quality and reduce rework. This session will discuss the components of a BIQ program and how electrical contractors can achieve less rework with a BIQ process and introduce a template to prepare your own quality plans.
