    With over 35 years of experience, Tim specializes in innovation and the digital transformation of service organizations.  Tim has facilitated innovation and customer design programs with Graybar Electric, GE- Digital, Thomas & Betts, Caterpillar, Cisco Systems and Accudyne Industries as well as numerous smaller organizations focusing on enhancing their customer experience.

    Tim started his career with Graybar and spent 10 years with McMaster-Carr before moving into consulting.  Tim earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
